Direct TV CAVED
So, they came out and finally fixed my satellite. Apparently the original tech didn't fix it firmly on the roof.
So, i called last nite after he left to get my "credit" back from the 5 weeks of sunday ticket i missed due to their goof, only this time, they said, they can't do that. So, naturally, i went off on the rep, after being transferred twice and disconnected once already, i had no qualms about giving someone a minor earful. And, what do you know, the more i complained, the more i got for free. It started as $5 off my bill the next 6 months, then it went to $10 off my hbo the next 6 months, THEN it went to $10 off hbo the next 6 months, PLUS free Starz movie channels for 3 months. i settled there. cost even'd out for what i wanted and now I can watch the Chronicles of Narnia for free anytime I want until march.
AND, i'll never leave the sunday ticket. That was all big talk in my earlier post. i can't . i Love football.
